Stating the obvious, it really is superbly situated by the river and just a short walk into town. Enormous amount of convenient car parking. Very efficient reception and check in. Lovely hotel evening meal and breakfast fantastic we had a room overlooking River. Beautiful river walks. We were to visit in February but had to cancel. We stayed for 1 night in a room with a balcony. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a decent-sized television, free, good quality WIFI and the bed was very comfortable. There was a laptop-sized safe which is always handy. – Tracey 17th July 2023
