Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 12pm. Please note that while we cannot guarantee early check in, guests are welcome to arrive and leave their luggage in their car while our team do their utmost to assist.
Yes, we offer complimentary parking both outside and underground.
Yes, we have two EV charging points in the underground carpark operated by “Go Charge”.
Yes, we provide complimentary high speed Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and is an open network.
Our eircode is Y21 T2F4, we are located 5 minutes drive from the M11 and a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station in Enniscorthy.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled thereafter will automatically be charged the 1st nights accommodation.
If you have booked your room through a third-party company, you will need to contact the company directly to cancel your reservation with them. Please be advised that third-party websites have their own cancellation policies.

Yes, we kindly ask that guests pre-book the following:

4 days prior to arrival you will receive a pre stay email which contains links to book the above.
Breakfast is served in Moorings Restaurant from 7am-10:30am. Please note that breakfast should be pre-booked in advance of your arrival at the hotel.
Unfortunately pets are not permitted at our hotel with the exception of guide dogs.
Unfortunately we do not have a spa, however we do have a leisure club which includes a pool, sauna, steam room & jacuzzi and Rejuvenate Treatment Rooms.
Yes, swimming hats are required in the pool. Don’t forget to bring your own, or you can purchase one for €3 in the leisure club.
Yes, we have five wheelchair accessible rooms, all with accessible showers. Please notify us if you require an accessible room when making your reservation.
Yes, we provide hairdryers in all our bedrooms.
Yes, all our rooms have an iron & ironing board.
Our superior family rooms are larger rooms that can sleep up to a family of five and offer many extras like additional TV’s & headsets for the children. These rooms consist of one double bed & three single beds. Each room is individually designed and may differ to the images you see on our website.
Our couples deluxe and junior suites are located on an adult only floor and feature a king size bed, mood lighting, Nespresso coffee machine, cuddle couch, jacuzzi bath, rain shower and bathrobe and slippers.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being a family friendly hotel and offer a range of facilities such the outdoor playground and swimming pool.
We are centrally located in Co.Wexford and have many local activities and attractions on our doorstep. Our team will be delighted to provide information on all there is to see and do in the locality to suit your family.
We have a variety of dining options to suit different tastes – Prom Bar, Alamo Steakhouse & Moorings Restaurant.
Yes, we have live music in Prom Bar every Friday, Saturday & Sunday! During peak seasons, we also have music midweek.
To book a table in Moorings Restaurant or Alamo Steakhouse, please call the hotel on 053 9237800 and we would be more than happy to make a reservation for you. We unfortunately do not take bookings for Prom Bar.
