A big thank you to all the staff at the Riverside Park for making such a special celebration even more special!!!

My Husband and myself came to the Riverside Park to celebrate our 25 Year Wedding Anniversary, we had our Wedding Reception here 25 Years ago! I have to say our stay was outstanding, I cannot thank you enough!!! My Husband and myself love to travel and your staff are some of the nicest I have ever met! From the girls in the Moorings for breakfast to the Alamo staff who welcomed us on our first two nights for dinner (and who, on the second night, retrieved Gerry’s phone when it fell behind the radiator, they really went to no end of trouble to ensure we had an enjoyable night while they retrieved the phone-fantastic service!!) I really wanted to name so many of your staff particularly the lady who helped to get our phone back in the Alamo restaurant (she had blonde hair and I would think she was a Manager perhaps) and she also seated us and served us in the main bar the following night for dinner. She was outstanding so pleasant and professional. You are so lucky to have the staff you have. The bar staff and reception was also lovely. Also, the Wedding coordinator who came to greet us on our second morning for breakfast was just such a lovely touch and meant so much to us. Also thank you for the room upgrade, we had a fantastic view of the river! I also wanted to thank you for the lovely gift of the bubbly, chocolates and cakes in our room it was such a lovely surprise. I remember the Riverside Park being a very special welcoming place hence we chose there to get married in but I had feared as 25 years had passes that Ireland no longer offered this standard of service and quality of food but I have to say the Riverside Park does! Our trip was outstanding!!! We will be back, and we are recommending it to everyone we know!! A couples dream getaway

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel is modern, spotless and classy. We stayed in the couples deluxe room and it was absolutely fantastic, the bathroom with jacuzzi tub and massive shower was amazing. The nicest room we were ever in and we have stayed in suites elsewhere, this far surpassed them! The food was beautiful in both the bar and the Alamo Steakhouse, massive portions and good value for money. The staff were brilliant they couldn’t do enough for us and there was plenty on so we felt really looked after. The treatment rooms were lovely and the therapists were very good at their job. The hot stone massage was beautiful. It’s like a hidden gem this place and we are so looking forward to returning already. If you’re looking for a couples get away this is the place to go absolutely amazing 👏 thanks so much 😊

Family gathering

Overall Great experience- visited recently with family for my mother’s 85th Birthday – lovely staff, rooms very comfortable, & excellent breakfast. Dinner at Alamo Steakhouse – food was awesome. Great leisure centre – used the pool/sauna/hot tub. Nice river walk outside & very close to town – was perfect for our little stay.

A hotel that never lost its touch

I was a returning guest as stayed there with my partner & daughter 10 years ago. As a birthday treat away we returned with my daughter who was now 11 and my other daughter who was 5 and my mother. I choose that hotel because I remember how amazing the staff and hotel were at taking care of us back then, and nothing has changed. Apart from the fabulous renovations. I cannot rate the hotel & staff highly enough. So friendly and willing to make your stay special. I worked on hospitality all my life and thought 10years ago that service given to their guests was rare but nowadays it’s non existent the level of service you get at The Riverside Park Hotel. I commend all staff and management for running such a wonderful hotel.

Great hotel that exceeded expectations…

Great hotel that exceeded expectations. Lovely location beside the river and a calm welcoming interior. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of perks like free access to the gym etc. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place and great service…

Wonderful place and great service. the restaurant, room cleaning, waiting staff and management were very attentive and friendly and mainly local which is fantastic to see so fair play to supporting the community.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough…

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, friendly welcome open fire, great bar food good wine efficient friendly staff. Coffee machine in my room 5* Good value for money for a solo traveller. I will be back!
